Useful, specific, humane.
People can disagree about policy. They cannot use this platform to expose private individuals, accuse organisations without evidence or upload harmful material.
We welcome
- Specific observations with dates, vehicle context and supporting documentation.
- Respectful questions for manufacturers, fuel companies and public agencies.
- Good-faith corrections and evidence that complicates the story.
We remove or hold
- Personal data, identity documents and unmasked registration numbers.
- Threats, harassment, hate speech, spam and coordinated manipulation.
- Defamatory or conclusory claims presented as established fact.
- Malicious files or material that may put someone at risk.
Moderation is not a verdict
A report may be rejected, disputed or held for clarification because it is incomplete or unsafe to publish. That status does not decide whether the underlying experience did or did not happen.
